Tuyen Dung Tot`s client is premier agency, providing marketing and public-affairs consultancy. Due to development requirements, they have need of recruitment for the position: COMMUNICATION CONSULTANT

II, JOB DESCRIPTION
- Working closely with the client service team to structure and propose solutions to address clients’ communication challenges
- Building, maintaining, and managing media relationships with proactive engagement and interaction 
- Leading the preparation, drafting and finalization of proposals 
- Leading project work, including research, presentation to clients and ensuring all deliverables are up to the highest quality. Project deliverables include but are not limited to: 
1. Media stakeholder and landscape analysis 
2. Insight-driven strategic PR planning 
3. Media advisory and consultation
4. Key message, narrative and story angle development 
5. Fulfilling media coverage commitments
6. Executive interview / Industry event/ speaking op identification and facilitation
7. Reviewing campaign report compilation
8. Frequent monitoring of and advisory on industry trends, developments and opportunities 
9. Budgeting Advising clients on handling media queries and issues  
- Working closely with the client service team to execute communication strategies and plans that deliver on clients’ communication objectives 
- Proactively building networks and relationships with reporters and senior editors, media management bodies, and other relevant stakeholders 
- Working closely with finance team on invoicing  
- Working on special projects/tasks as needed and assigned 

III, JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Six plus years of experience in client service, media relations, corporate affairs, and/or strategic communications  
- Demonstrable experience engaging and maintaining working relationships with C-Suite business executives. 
- Working experience and strong familiarity with government and media stakeholders, coupled with a high-level understanding of the media environment in Vietnam. 
- Strategic thinking and the ability to conceptualize complex communication issues to develop big ideas. 
- Engaging interpersonal negotiation and communication skills, including experience in cross-cultural environments and international settings. 
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese, both written and oral 
- The ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines while managing multiple projects 
- The ability to supervise and train junior team members to ensure comm deliverables meet a high standard
- The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment 
- Dedication to public affairs profession and the consulting profession, ability to go above and beyond in client consultation to meet their expectations.
