ABOUT OUR CLIENT:

The client of Good Recruitment is a large corporation of Vietnam and India specializing in the production of narrow fabrics and medical equipment bandages, due to production expansion The Group needs to recruit the position: HR Assistant Manager

JOB DECRIPTION:

  • Organize and maintain personnel records. Update internal databases
  • In charge of payroll, PIT and insurance
  • Do recruitment and recruitment-related steps (New comer offer, orientation training …)
  • Timesheet attendance record
  • Prepare HR documents like labor contract, new hire process and other related employee-documents
  • Ensure all staff comply with company policies and processes.
  • Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
  • Answer employees’ queries and solve problem about HR-related issues
  • Manage administrative activities such as office equipment, maintaining a cleaning and enjoyable working environment.
  • Do petty cash payment daily if any arising
  • Manage expats’ activities. Make visa, work permit
  • Handle external or internal communication or management systems
  •  Organize, arrange and coordinate meetings
  •  Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing post
  •  Work with suppliers in buying stationary, office equipment, drinking water and some other buying
  •  Coordinate transportation daily
  •  Arrange meal for staff during working

REQUIREMENTS:
  •  At least 04 year experience on HR-Admin
  •  Graduated from equivalent University
  •  Have knowledge on making visa, work permit
  •  Good communication and proactive
  •  Good command in English
  •  Result-orientated
  • Experience working in factories/manufacturers is a big plus.
