II, JOB DESCRIPTION
Structuring and proposing solutions to client challenges and issues
Building, maintaining, and managing client relationships with proactive engagement and interaction
Leading the preparation, drafting and finalization of proposals
Leading project work, including research, presentation to clients and ensuring all deliverables are up to the highest quality. Project deliverables include but are not limited to:
Stakeholder and market analysis
Insight-driven Strategic PR planning
Media advisory and consultation
Key message, narrative and story angle development
KOL/ community engagement
Industry event/ speaking op identification and facilitation
Frequent monitoring of and advisory on industry trends, developments and opportunities
Budgeting
Assisting clients in handling media queries and issues relating to their products and/or services
Working closely with the media relations team to design and execute communication strategies and plans that deliver on clients’ business objectives
Building networks and relationships with reporters and senior editors, media management bodies, and other relevant stakeholders
Working closely with finance team on invoicing
Working on special projects as needed and assigned
III, JOB REQUIREMENTS
Five plus years of experience in client service, media relations, corporate affairs, and/or strategic communications
Demonstrable experience engaging and maintaining working relationships with C-Suite business executives.
Working experience and strong familiarity with government and media stakeholders, coupled with a high-level understanding of the media environment in Vietnam.
Strategic thinking and the ability to conceptualize complex communication issues to develop big ideas.
Engaging interpersonal negotiation and communication skills, including experience in cross-cultural environments and international settings.
Fluent in English and Vietnamese, both written and oral
The ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines while managing multiple projects
The ability to mentor and train junior team members
The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Dedication to PR profession and client servicing, ability to go above and beyond in client consultation to meet their expectations.

Basic salary: Negotiable
Salary review 2 times/year according to capacity and work efficiency, 12 months/year & attractive Sales commission
